What to Expect During Your Pet’s Wellness Visit
A wellness visit is your pet’s regular check-in with our veterinary team, but it’s also much more than a quick once-over. These appointments give us time to look at your pet from nose to tail, talk through any changes you’ve noticed at home, and help you stay ahead of health concerns before they become more serious.
During your pet’s wellness visit, our team may recommend:
A Nose-to-Tail Physical Exam
Our veterinarian will examine your pet’s eyes, ears, mouth, teeth, skin, coat, heart, lungs, abdomen, joints, and overall body condition. We’ll also check your pet’s weight and look for subtle changes that may point to pain, dental disease, allergies, mobility concerns, or other developing health issues.
Vaccinations Based on Your Pet’s Lifestyle
Vaccines help protect dogs and cats from serious contagious diseases. We’ll review your pet’s age, medical history, lifestyle, travel habits, and exposure risks to recommend the vaccines they need. This may include core vaccines, along with additional protection based on your pet’s daily routine and environment.
Parasite Screening and Prevention
Parasites can affect pets year-round, including pets who spend most of their time indoors. Depending on your pet’s needs, we may recommend fecal testing, heartworm testing for dogs, and ongoing prevention for fleas, ticks, heartworms, and intestinal parasites. Our team can help you choose safe, effective parasite prevention that fits your pet’s health and lifestyle.
Screening Tests for Early Detection
Bloodwork, urinalysis, heartworm testing, feline leukemia testing, and other screening tests give us a clearer picture of your pet’s internal health. These tests can help detect changes in organ function, infection, anemia, thyroid concerns, diabetes, and other conditions that may not be obvious during a physical exam. Screening is especially helpful for senior pets, pets on long-term medications, and pets with ongoing health needs.

Puppy Wellness Plan
- Unlimited nose-to-tail physical exams during office hours
- Tailored vaccination series
- Canine Rabies, Lepto, DAP. Bordetella
- Three intestinal parasites exams (i.e. fecal test)
- Three deworming treatments for roundworms and hookworms
- Interstate health certification as needed for travel
- Spay or Neuter Surgery (features Pre-Anesthesia Blood Work, and Pan Medication)
Kitten Wellness Plan
- Unlimited nose-to-tail physical exams during office hours
- Tailored vaccination series
Feline: Rabies, FVRCP, Feline Leukemia - Three intestinal parasites exams (i.e. fecal test)
- Three deworming treatments for roundworms and hookworms
- Interstate health certification as needed for travel
- Spay or Neuter Surgery (features Pre-Anesthesia Blood Work, and Pan Medication)

Keeping your pet healthy is our priority, and our Adult Pet Wellness Plans are designed to provide the care they deserve without breaking the bank. By signing up for an annual plan, you’re committing to your pet’s health and well-being. We provide three tiers of care with our adult wellness plans:
Basic Adult Pet Wellness Plan
- Unlimited nose-to- tail physical exams during office hours
- Core vaccinations
- Canine: Rabies, Bordetella, Lepto, DAP
- Feline: Rabies, FVRCP, Feline Leukemia
- Two intestinal parasites exams (i.e fecal test)
- Heartworm test for canines
- Feline Leukemia test for felines
Comprehensive Adult Pet Wellness Plan
- Unlimited nose-to-tail physical exams during office hours
- Core vaccinations
- Canine: Rabies, Bordetella, Lepto, DAP
- Feline: Rabies, FVRCP, Feline Leukemia
- Two intestinal parasites exams (i.e fecal test)
- Heartworm test for canines
- Feline Leukemia test for felines
- Annual Blood Work (includes, organ function, CBC, thyroid Testing, heartworm Test, Urinalysis, and Fecal)
- Your Choice of one of the following to be covered under the plan:
- Professional teeth cleaning (doesn't include extractions or cost associated with them with dental procedure)
- Chest X-ray to evaluate the heart and lungs
- Adult pet spay or neuter ( doesn't include additional charges with a female in heat)
