Nutrition Counseling
Providing excellent nutrition for your pet is one of the best ways to help your pet live a longer, healthier life. At Cornerstone Veterinary Clinic we recommend feeding a high quality food with as few fillers and additives as possible. Lower quality foods contain more fillers and by-products which are difficult, if not impossible for pets to digest efficiently. This means more food is required to meet your pet’s nutritional needs and more stool is produced because your pet cannot digest many of the ingredients in the food. Feeding a higher quality food means you feed less food, your pet can absorb more from each bite, and less stool is produced (meaning there is less for you to clean up in the yard!).
